One of the best parts of being at San Diego Comic-Con is seeing all the costumes — whether it’s a ’70s disco Boba Fett or Star Trek ladies with ’60s bouffants, there’s always something worthy of a Twitpic.

This year, as every year, the Slave Leia Photo Op took center stage. When they weren’t making fanboys drool over at the Gentle Giant booth, they could be spotted gathering together in the Star Wars Pavilion. Luckily for you, starwars.com was there making sure this get-together wouldn’t be missed.

Every PLANET Visited in the Star Wars PREQUEL Trilogy

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia’s Lair. Here is all the planets that are visited in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy movies. Including Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. Set 32 years before the original trilogy, during the era of the Galactic Republic, the plot follows Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi as they try to protect Queen Padmé Amidala of Naboo in hopes of securing a peaceful end to an interplanetary trade dispute. Next is Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones. Set 22 years before the original trilogy, during the era of the Galactic Republic, the plot follows Jedi Knight Obi-wan Kenobi and his apprentice Anakin Skywalker as they try to protect Queen Padmé Amidala of Naboo and uncover the plot behind the Clone Army that was seemingly order by Sith Lord Count Dooku. And last, Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith. Three years into the Clone Wars, the Jedi rescue Palpatine from Count Dooku. As Obi-Wan pursues a new threat, Anakin acts as a double agent between the Jedi Council and Palpatine and is lured into a sinister plan to rule the galaxy. May the Force be with you!

What are INQUISITORS?

The Inquisitorius, also known as Inquisitors, are a group of Force-sensitive dark side agents who serve the Sith-ruled galactic Empire. They are governed by Darth Vader and include The Grand Inquisitor, The Second Sister (Trilla Suduri), The Third Sister (Reva), The Fourth Sister, The Fifth Brother, The Sixth Brother (Bil Valen), The Seventh Sister, The Eighth Brother, The Ninth Sister (Masana Tide), and The Tenth Brother (Prosset Dibs). We recently have seen The Inquisitors in the Obi-wan Kenobi series.

Obi-wan Kenobi & Anakin Skywalker Training Flashback

In this video, we watch the Obi-wan Kenobi Episode 5 Obi-wan Kenobi vs. Anakin Skywalker Flashback Fight Scene where they are training together using their lightsabers around the Attack of the Clones, and we give a reaction and breakdown. We hope you enjoy!

Episode Synopsis: Tracking the Path to their hideout, Vader promotes Reva to Grand Inquisitor and has her lay siege on the facility. Stalling for time, Obi-Wan confronts Reva and deduces that she knows Vader’s true identity because she was a youngling that survived Anakin‘s massacre at the Jedi temple, playing dead amongst her fallen friends. He realizes she does not wish to serve Vader, but kill him for revenge. However she refuses his help. The facility is breached and Tala sacrifices herself to save Obi-Wan. Realizing there is no way to win, Obi-Wan surrenders and is able to convince Reva to assassinate Vader when she delivers Kenobi to him. Meanwhile, Leia is able to repair the doors, allowing the Path to flee the facility along with Obi-Wan. Reva betrays and attacks Vader but is quickly overpowered and stabbed. The original Grand Inquisitor reappears, revealed to be alive, and both leave her to die. While Obi-Wan, Leia and the Path network were about to leave the planet, an injured Reva finds Obi-Wan’s transmitter and sees a message that reveals Vader has children.

The Obi-wan Kenobi series has 6 episodes, just like the original Star Wars saga (pre-Disney). Each episode in the series heavily correlates to the corresponding chapter number in the movies, and this parallel was done on purpose and meant to be inspired by the Star Wars movies. We go over the similarities and do a comparison between the Obi-wan Kenobi series and the Star Wars movies.

What Leia’s Ring REALLY Means

You know that ring Leia wears in the sequel trilogy? Well it’s way more important than we thought! That’s actually the ring Han gave to Leia for their wedding. At the actual ceremony the Ewoks gave them rings made out of vines and hardened, gold amber. They were temporary, of course, but both Han and Leia loved them so much that he designed a ring that reminded them of the vines, and the two stones were meant to represent the two of them. I love that even though Han and Leia eventually separated after their son fell to the dark side, Leia continued to wear the ring. The two of them were still connected, even when they were apart. I always thought the ring itself looked cool, but now it has straight up changed how I view their relationship in the sequel trilogy.
