Star Wars – Thrawn Ascendancy: Greater Good

Embark on an intergalactic adventure with Thrawn and his allies in a bid to save the Chiss Ascendancy from an enigmatic enemy in the second installment of the riveting Star Wars: Thrawn Ascendancy trilogy by the illustrious author, Timothy Zahn.

Fresh from his latest conquest, Thrawn, the mastermind strategist, has steered the Chiss to victory, cementing the House of Mitth’s reputation for glory. But the Ascendancy’s peace is a mirage, and its true nemesis lurks in the shadows. Unlike their adversaries, they don’t send threats or send out their warships to loom on the edge of the Chaos. Instead, they offer gifts and services with a seemingly altruistic smile, cloaking their weapons in kindness and generosity.

As Thrawn and his allies scramble to unravel the plot, they realize that even the most insignificant events could spell doom for the Chiss. Shockingly, their enemy isn’t looking to invade Chiss’ capitals or seize resources. Instead, they aim to widen the chasm between the Nine Ruling Families and the Forty Great Houses, striking at the very core of the Ascendancy. As suspicions and rivalries drive a wedge among allies, every warrior faces a daunting ultimatum: protect their family or save the Ascendancy from total destruction.
